According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, then within 48 hours at the latest.

► SELECTION OF GOODS

• You can access the e-shop menu by hovering the mouse over the selected group of products in the upper horizontal menu. A window will open in which all categories and subcategories of the offered assortment are displayed. You can get to them by clicking on any category or subcategory name. After clicking on a category, a top line menu appears as navigation, in which there are identical categories and subcategories of goods.
• In the basic menu of the e-shop, you can navigate using the upper horizontal menu and after clicking on the buttons that will be displayed subsequently. 
• You are now in a category and can choose from the offered goods. If you know exactly what product you want and do not need more information, you can choose a variant directly in the catalog (if the product offers it), click on the "BUY" button and the selected product will be added to your virtual basket.
• If you are interested in more information before purchasing a product, click on the name or image of the product to get to its details. Find out the details here. If you want to buy the product, you choose a variant (if it is offered), enter the quantity (by default we offer 1 piece) and click on the "BUY" button. The goods will be added to your virtual basket, which you will be informed about by a pop-up window at the top of the page.
• You can see the ongoing status of the cart in the upper right corner of the website. The number of purchased items and the total purchase price including VAT are listed here.

► SHOPPING CART, DELIVERY AND REGISTRATION DATA

• After clicking on the shopping cart area in the upper right corner, you will see the purchased items, their quantity and price.
• For each item, you can adjust the number of pieces with the + and – buttons or by overwriting the number. To remove goods from the basket, click on the cross (basket icon). If you change the quantity of an item in the cart, refresh the data by clicking the arrow icon.
• The stated price is only the sum of the prices of all items in the basket.
• YOU WILL SEE THE RESULTING PRICE OF THE ORDER INCLUDING SHIPPING IN THE NEXT STEP OF THE CART AND ALWAYS BEFORE THE ORDER IS BINDLY SENDED.
• Now you can either continue to select the other items you want to buy by clicking "Back" or you can complete your order by clicking "Continue".
• So, if you have completely selected the goods for purchase, click "Continue" to proceed to the next steps of the order.
• You will then go to the choice of transport and payment method. At the same time, you can see the contents of your basket and the current fee for transport and payment.
• When continuing to the next sheet, you will be asked for delivery and billing information. 
• If you are already a registered customer, then fill in your login details, log in and the billing and shipping data forms will be filled in automatically. You can, of course, change these at any time, if you wish to deliver, for example, the goods to a different address than the one indicated.
• If you are not registered, you can purchase as an unregistered customer or register. Registration takes place when you check the option "I want to register a customer account now". By entering a password and confirming it, an account will be created for you, so you can follow e.g. the history of your orders in the customer section.
• Items marked with * are mandatory and therefore necessary for successful registration. If you enter any information incorrectly or if you do not fill in mandatory fields, the form will be displayed again and you will be asked to correct this information. If everything is in order, a page with information about successful registration will be displayed. From this moment you become a registered customer.
• After clicking on the "Continue" button, you will see a confirmation page where you can check all the data for the last time.
• Subsequently, you must send the order by clicking on the "Confirm order" button and we will inform you about its progress via email. By confirming the order, you agree to our terms and conditions.
