Garden Boom Green Roof Substrate 45 l

Garden Boom Green Roof Substrate is intended as a vegetation growing substrate for extensive roof gardens in a layer of 3 - 30 cm, for planting and growing plants suitable for extensive roof gardens. A layer of at least 5 - 20 cm is most commonly used. 

It is an ideal choice for extensive roof gardens, where the substrate provides the necessary conditions for healthy plant growth.

We do not recommend establishing a roof garden during periods of prolonged drought - in this case, it is necessary to water at least at the beginning of planting. If necessary, the substrate can be fertilized with basic nutrients and trace elements. The roof substrate has a low nutrient content, and when planting in spring, it is recommended to add a starting dose of fertilizer to the vegetation layer, e.g. Garden Boom Roof with a long-term nitrogen source, which is released gradually for the needs of the plants with a duration of action of one year.
