According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than within 48 hours.

► PRODUCT SELECTION

• You can access the e-shop menu by hovering your mouse over the selected product group in the upper horizontal menu. A window will open showing all categories and subcategories of the offered assortment. You can access them by clicking on any category or subcategory name. After clicking on a category, the top line menu will appear as navigation, containing identical categories and subcategories of goods.
• You can navigate the basic menu of the e-shop using the upper horizontal menu and the buttons that appear after clicking. 
• You are now in the category and can choose from the offered goods. If you know exactly what goods you want and do not need more information, you can choose a variant directly in the catalog (if the product offers it), click on the "BUY" button and the selected goods will be added to your virtual cart.
• If you are interested in more information before purchasing the product, then by clicking on the name or image of the product you will get to its details. Here you will find out the details. If you want to buy the product, you select the variant (if offered), enter the quantity (by default we offer 1 piece) and click on the "BUY" button. The goods will be added to your virtual cart, which you will be informed about in a pop-up window at the top of the page.
• You can see the current status of your cart in the upper right corner of the website. It shows the number of items purchased and the total purchase price including VAT.

► SHOPPING CART, DELIVERY AND REGISTRATION DATA

• After clicking on the shopping cart area in the upper right corner, you will see the purchased items, their quantity and price.
• You can adjust the quantity of each item using the + and – buttons or by overwriting the number. To remove an item from the cart, click the cross (trash icon). If you change the quantity of an item in the cart, refresh the data by clicking the arrow icon.
• The price shown is only the sum of the prices of all items in the cart.
• YOU WILL SEE THE FINAL ORDER PRICE INCLUDING SHIPPING IN THE NEXT STEP OF THE CART AND ALWAYS BEFORE BINDING SENDING THE ORDER.
• Now you can either continue selecting other items you want to purchase by clicking "Back" or you can complete your order by clicking "Continue". 
• If you have completely selected the goods to purchase, click "Continue" to proceed to the next steps of the order.
• You will then proceed to select shipping and payment method. At the same time, you will see the contents of your cart and the current shipping and payment fee.
• When you continue to the next page, you will be asked for delivery and billing information. 
• If you are already a registered customer, then fill in your login details, log in and the billing and shipping information forms will be automatically filled in. You can of course change these at any time, for example if you wish to deliver the goods to a different address than the one provided.
• If you are not registered, you can shop as an unregistered customer or register. Registration occurs when you check the option "I want to register a customer account now". By entering a password and confirming it, an account will be created for you and you can follow, for example, your order history in the customer section. 
• Items marked with * are mandatory and therefore necessary for successful registration. If you enter any data incorrectly or if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, the form will be displayed again and you will be asked to correct this data. If everything is correct, a page with information about successful registration will be displayed. From this moment on, you become a registered customer.
• After clicking the "Continue" button, you will see a confirmation page where you can check all the data one last time.
• Then, you will send your order by clicking on the "Confirm order" button and we will inform you about its progress by email. By confirming your order, you agree to our terms and conditions.
