Shipping your order

When shipping each order, we pay maximum attention to careful packaging and handling to ensure delivery is as fast and trouble-free as possible. Regardless of the size of the shipment, from small packages to entire pallets, each order is an important task for us.

Personal collection

If you are from Hradec Králové or the surrounding area and prefer to pick up your ordered goods in person, you have this option. Simply place an order via our e-shop and you can then pick up the goods in person. However, with this option, payment must be made in advance. Once we receive your payment, we will prepare your goods for pick-up and inform you by email with the details. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email before traveling to us.

By transport service

We use reliable services from PPL and TOPTRANS, always depending on the dimensions and weight of the shipment. 

For bulk products, individual shipping is applicable. To find out the shipping price, you must contact by email.

PPL 

PPL is a transport company specializing in the delivery of parcels and packages throughout the Czech Republic. In addition to standard transport services, PPL also offers other services such as the possibility of tracking parcels online, various types of delivery (for example, delivery to the post office, to the address, or to a pick-up point). PPL strives to provide its customers with the widest possible range of options for delivering their parcels.

• delivery to an address from 102,- CZK – 150,- CZK including VAT
• delivery to dispensing points from 86,- CZK – 151,- CZK including VAT

For cash on delivery payments, we charge a cash on delivery fee of CZK 61 including VAT.

The maximum weight of transported goods is 31.5 kg.

TOPTRANS 

TOPTRANS is a Czech transport company that specializes in the transport of larger shipments and pallets throughout Europe. It provides its services with an emphasis on quality, reliability and flexibility.

TOPTRANS is a specialist in the transportation of larger and heavier shipments, which often exceed normal dimensions.

Prices are automatically calculated after entering the quantity and delivery location.

For cash on delivery payments, we charge a cash on delivery fee of CZK 61 including VAT.
