Hori Hori knife – NIWA

To keep your Hori Hori knife in optimal condition, we recommend storing it in a dry place and occasionally treating it with camellia oil. Ideally, use a whetstone to sharpen the blade, and you can use Sabitoru abrasive rubber to achieve a perfectly clean surface.
