Okatsune 307 are very light and sharp scissors with a short blade (1 cm shorter than 304).
The scissors are specially designed for cutting harder (woody) stems, such as cuttings, vegetables and fruits.
The pointed, extremely thin blades (2.3 mm) ensure that you can reach even the tightest spaces, such as when harvesting grapes, pears or apples.
These great shears, designed primarily for harvesting fruit, are uniquely forged from the highest quality IZUMO YASUGI steel and have a very high Rockwell hardness of 59 HRD to 60 HRD. The blade therefore remains sharp for a long time and makes a clean, precise cut without much effort. In addition, Okatsune combines hardness with special flexibility, so that the blades always touch tightly.
The blade is ground at two angles, the cut is smooth, straight and does not unnecessarily damage the plant (this speeds up the plant's regeneration).
The Okatsune 307 is ideal for cutting hard (woody) plant stems.
