Professional turf substrate for establishing greens is made from several types of washed sharp-edged silica sand with the addition of bentonite. It is enriched with organic matter (peat) and nutrients.
The substrate has a modified soil reaction with dolomitic limestone, so it also contains a supply of magnesium. This is a special type of substrate using fine sand up to 2 mm, while ensuring that all required grain size fractions are provided in the substrate in optimal representation. The homogeneity of the substrate is ensured by a precise dosing device and a mixing line for the production of substrates. The substrate also contains a full range of nutrients (macro and microelements) needed for growth, so its use also replaces basic fertilization.
